Metal Wall profiles

A profiled wall utilises metal cladding with trapezoidal, sinusoidal or half round profiles fixed to the steel structure of a building.  Cladding panels can be produced in 6 different profiles which can be laid horizontally or vertically and can be manufactured from prefinished steel or aluminium in a vast array of colours; providing a wide choice of aesthetic finish.  Profiles are induced into sheets of material which are fed through banks of forming rollers in dedicated, state-of-the-art production machinery.

A profiled wall system offers a range of profiles, materials, colours and orientations to give a huge choice of aesthetic finish.  The acoustic and thermal performance of built up cladding using profiled sheeting fully complies with Building Regulations Part L and can be adjusted to achieve specific requirements of the project.  Standard lead times are five days from receipt of cut lengths, depending on the profile and colour.

BUILT UP SYSTEMS

Profiles are induced into sheets of material which are fed through banks of forming rollers in dedicated, state of the art production machinery.

A additional profile swage is available on a range of our wall profiles, availability is indicated by the addition of an 'S' suffix to the standard profile description. The profile swage is added purely for aesthetic reasons.

The profiles may be fixed, horizontally, vertically or even diagonally. Laying the cladding profile horizontally also allows the opportunity of including horizontally mitred corners or curved profile corners dependent upon choice and radius. Often the feature of a hidden gutter contained above the eaves will allow a transfer  from roof to cladding profile incorporating a curved eave. The wider crest of the cladding profile certainly enhances the curved eaves feature. In this, or in parapet wall situations the curved effect can be continued on the corners of the structure by the inclusion of curved mitred corners. These mitred corners may be manufactured at any angle to suit the structure.

CE MARK

MW5C is available with pressed vented louvres. Suitable for farm buildings requiring airflow.

COLORCOAT® LG

A leathergrain plastisol product suitable for roof and wall cladding applications where good performance is required at a competitive price. Available with a 25 year performance guarantee.  In line with advice from Pre-finished material suppliers and in order to minimise the risk of difference in appearance, ALL material requirements should be sourced from the same manufacturing batch. Therefore, all material requirements should ideally be ordered at the same time.  

PVDF COATED ALUMINIUM

Various colour coatings are available for the aluminium material our preferred choice is PVDF. PVDF, (polyvinylidene Fluoride) coatings were developed over 30 years ago, the surface finish is smooth with a decorative finish life expectancy of 25 years. This comprises a minimum of 70% PVF2 resin and a maximum of 30% acrylic. It is very durable, giving excellent flexibility and chemical resistance combined with the highest possible performance regarding gloss retention, chalking and colour change. You will be required to sign off the colour ordered as acceptable when ordering Painted Aluminium colours from Euroclad, we will supply a swatch sample before the coating of the material takes place. Material guarantee can be supplied by the material manufacturer; you must register your project once installed with the material manufacturer. Please note that there is a minimum order quantity of 300m² for all painted aluminium material. Colours - Colours are available from BS RAL colours range

ORGANIC PATINA ALUMINIUM

Planning constraints sometimes require a "dull" finish to the mill finish aluminium because of the reflectivity of new stucco embossed aluminium. In these instances an Organic Patina finish utilising a low gloss dull lacquer is available - tests have shown the finish can reduce the reflectivity by up to 35%. There is a greater cost to the finish, which imitates the look of weathered Plain Mill stucco embossed aluminium. Please note that perimeter flashings must be produced in the same material. Please note that there is a minimum order quantity of 300m² for all painted aluminium material.
