In line with its on-going commitment to customer satisfaction and providing a 'Total Building Envelope' service, Euroclad has invested heavily in state of the art fabrication facilities, personnel, software development and order processing systems that are the most comprehensive in this industry sector. These are all housed in an independent 25,000 sqft factory and office complex. CAD detailing is transferred efficiently and seamlessly using the Panel Builder software to the CNC fabrication machinery. This ensures that the most detailed designs are accurately translated into precision engineered finished product and that these are available on very short lead times.

CAD - Panel Builder & Radan

From the receipt of enquiry or order to the final assembly of the parts, Euroclad employs the purpose designed software to ensure the highest quality products available. This software, which began its evolution in the aerospace industry, allows three dimensional modeling of proposed details to allow parametric on screen design. The software offers clearly identied manufacturing options available and ensures total accuracy in transforming drawings into manufactured products are available on very short lead times.

CNC Manufacturing

The AXYZ flat bed triple head router enables us to precisely complete all panel blank processing, hole drilling, fold line routing and blank outline cutting on one machine in a single operation. This massively reduces the chances of sheet damage and results in consistent quality of panel blanks that are right first time, every time.

CNC Curving

A new CNC-controlled, four roll plate curving machine, extending the range of radii of curved metal profiles that can be processed by Euroclad. Particularly suitable for high volumes, it can produce almost any curve from simple half circle bullnoses to elliptical shapes, and offers excellent repeatability. Capable of accommodating sheet lengths of up to 3m, the new machine has infinitely variable speed drive and roller adjustment. CNC Cutting - The semi automatic saw, auto feed and clamping system allows a precision controlled cut to length facility for all our extruded components that go to make up any particular panel system.

Assembly & Packaging

Panels are hand finished by a skilled workforce ensuring individual inspection of each item and adding a subjective quality check to complement the precision of the CAD and CNC design and production. Systems that are manufactured by Euroclad Façades offer considerable benefits, from packaging and shipment to the finished installation. Products are carefully packaged to ensure there is no damage during transit, that transport loads are maximised and manufactured goods arrive on-site clearly marked for ease of identification and installation.
