Pressure Equalising

The LINEAR 1 and LINEAR5 systems facilitates rapid, trouble free installation. This non-sequential system is comprised of a series of panels that are hung from a support frame. All panels can be independently removed and replaced without disrupting the rest of the façade so if an individual panel is damaged during the build, or even years after, that panel can easily be replaced. Euroclad Smart Fixing Systems are engineered rail and bracket support systems that are supplied along with the façade panels. Precise static and dynamic load calculations can be supplied free of charge to ensure optimum installation. LINEAR 1 has been awarded certification from the Building Research Establishment (BRE) for a rainscreen system tested as an integral part of a complete wall solution. The BRE analysed the whole façade system to comply with NHBC, CWCT and all relevant building standards and regulations.

The LINEAR 2 rainscreen façade system is comprised of a series of panels that hook onto a supporting frame. The non-sequential system is infinitely adjustable. As with LINEAR 1 all panels can be independently removed and replaced without disrupting the rest of the façade. If an individual panel is damaged during the build, or even years after, that panel can be replaced easily. The engineered rail and bracket support systems are supplied along with the façade panels. Precise static and dynamic load calculations can be supplied to ensure optimum installation. If a sealed system is required then the vertical and horizontal joints of LINEAR 2 can be wet jointed using silicon sealants.

Cassette Panel System

The LINEAR 3 system offers the ultimate in design flexibility. The system is made up of a series of cassette panels that are each positively fixed to the vertical support rails. Installation is straightforward and the system can be installed with joint sizes of 15mm or 20mm in wet and dry jointed variations. Euroclad's Smart Fixing Systems are engineered rail and bracket support systems that are supplied along with the façade panels. Precise static and dynamic load calculations can be supplied free of charge to ensure optimum installation.
The LINEAR 3 system enables straightforward installation of panels. This positively fixed rainscreen façade system facilitates excellent design flexibility.

Linear RAINSPAN

LINEAR Rainspan is a unique system that has been rigorously and independently tested to prove its long term performance. It combines Euroclad Façades' LINEAR rainscreen products with stone wool cored composite panels to provide a synergy of benefits. The complete wall system provides a façade with superior flatness and outstanding colour uniformity, delivering an unrivalled range of high quality finishes. The substrate for LINEAR Rainspan comes in a range of non-combustible, stone wool cored composite panels manufactured to rigorous standards of quality control and ISO 9001:2000 compliant. Approved to LPS1181 grade Ext A and BS476 Part 22 for fire, the recyclable cladding systems offer the best option in low risk building solutions. The composite panel substrate can be fixed directly to steel or concrete building frames and offers the perfect structural support for all our LINEAR rainscreen systems.

Spandrel Panels

Spandrel panels are used in place of glazing units in curtain wall systems where it is necessary to hide the edges of floor slabs, ceiling details, insulation, and other building elements that would ruin the aesthetic of the curtain wall if they were visible. The spandrel panel is required to match or contrast with the glazed area and offers the opportunity to enhance the visual impact of the curtain wall or glazing. Euroclad can produce spandrel panels from a wide range of metals and MCMs including mill finish zinc, copper, aluminium, stainless steel and titanium as well as painted steel, aluminium and ACM, so that spandrels can be tailored to the colour scheme of the building.

Support Systems

Euroclad's Smart Fixing Systems simplify the complexity of façade design. The optimal fixing solution can be determined based on the substrate, panel type and materials used.Our bespoke static calculation programme ensures compliance with safety requirements and optimises the amount of fixing elements that need to be used. This results in the most efficient and effective supply of our support fixings. Installation plans are prepared and provided for clear communication of the correct rail and bracket layouts and connection methods to the installation teams. By maintaining an open dialogue with customers, difficulties and possible improvements can be advised and suggested at the planning stage to help save costs. CAD drawings and system details can be provided as well as the appropriate templates for the specification. We advise architects with regard to general and specific themes of Rainscreen and we can train customers and installation teams at our dedicated training centre or on site.

Guarantee. All systems are manufactured in accordance with EN12020 and EN755 and are statically provable. Euroclad is not liable for deficiencies in the installation. Building regulations must be met.
