Elite System 4 - Metal Liner Over Purlins

Over purlin construction using our robust MW5 liner panel, the Eurobar extra spacer system and either standard or tall halter clips suppoerting the outer external standingseam sheet, allows us to offer a U values from 0.13 through to 0.45 together with excellent acoustic performances without the need of adding additional compenents. The system is available as a package in the form of ELITE 4, or as components to suite bespoke specifications. This construction is available with a 12 or 25 year guarantee when supplied through Euroclad Elite Systems.

Elite System 5 - Structural Deck

Building such as leisure facilities and acoustic halls lend themselves to langspan solutions, elimnating secondry steelwork. The Eurodeck range provides the designer with solutions for spanns upto 12 metres in a range of material guages and finishes with fully developed Euroclad Standingseam roof systems. The system is available as a package in the form of ELITE 5, and offers U values below 0.10 for high performance demanding specifications. This construction is available with a 12 or 25 year guarantee when supplied through Euroclad Elite Systems.

Elite System 4A & 5A - Sound Absorption

Sound absorption or 'attenuation' are areas where our technical department is constantly developing and testing bespoke systems answering the increasing demand of modern buildings. The database resulting enables us to offer unique accurate forcasts of the acoutic perfomance given by our constructions in any given room situation. The systems are available as ELITE 4A or ELITE 5A, and encompass the full range of U values and absorption standards. These constructions are available with a 12 or 25 year guarantee when supplied through Euroclad Elite Systems.

Elite System 4A & 5A - Air-bourne Sound Reduction

Our use of mineral insulation materials results in an excellent sound reduction performance for all the ELITE systems. Even the basic ELITE4.25 system achieves a weighted reduction sRI of 43dB, a massive improvemnt over the 26dB figure achieved when using a Foam Core Composite providing the same U value performance. Incorporating a spacer system prevents the transmission of  external vibrations through the the roof system and allows for finite adjustment of the material content within the build up. All ELITE4 & 5 systems have been evaluated and their acoustic performance data is availlable through the Technical Dept.

Elite System 4 & 5 - Hi Humidity Option

Environments where Hi humidity may be expected, such as swimming pools, brewery buildings and laundrys' require special attention to the vapour control. Our standard constructions have been proven even in such extremes. ELITE4 & ELITE5 are available with a premium Vapour Control Layer providing exlemporary performance on a bespoke project basis. These constructions are available with a 25 year gaurantee when supplied through Euroclad Elite Systems.

Elite System 4 & 5 - Green Roof Option

A new concept in Roofing - Green Roofs can be achieved using a standing seam system as a robust component of the system. Traditionally single ply sheets were used as a base for the green roof matt. Aluminium standing seam sheet offer the ability to enable the laying of larger roof areas with out the high risk of leaks caused during the installation of the soil and clay system over membrane. Extensive green roofs can be subdivided into a range of different systems dependent upon the composition and depth of the substrate and on the plant species used.
