Gauge of Material

The standard industry gauge for liner sheets is 0.4mm, however, both 0.5mm and 0.7mm gauges are also available. Should there be a requirement for the heavier gauges, the Euroclad Sales Office should be contacted to advise upon availability. The Euroclad liner sheets have been designed to span up to 2,000mm in 0.4mm gauge material. It should be noted that certain designs of liner, offered by other manufacturers, which incorporate large flat areas between pitches, have gapped significantly between purlins. As a result of such experiences, there has been a tendency for architects to specify 0.7mm.
Liner profiles are available with crimped curves, parameters are listed here - Euroclad Roof Profiles Product Parameters

A additional profile swage is available on a range of our liner profiles, availability is indicated by the addition of an 'S' suffix to the standard profile description. The profile swage (shown on the left) is added purely for aesthetic reasons.
