As a key part of Euroclad's wider product range, Euroclad roofing profiles provide high quality, cost effective solutions coupled with ease of installation. As a result of the extensive range of options available, Euroclad roofing profiles can be adapted to fit almost any roof application. A full range of coatings and colours are available for the roof profiles, a number of which are identified as particularly suitable for roof applications. These tend to be the lighter colours, which are less subject to fade and reduce the movement of the sheet caused by temperature changes. The load/span tables are provided to assist in the selection of the most suitable profile for your specific needs.

Elite Sytem 1 & 2 have BBA and LPCB Approval.

Profile Swages

A additional profile swage is available on a range of our roof profiles, availability is indicated by the addition of an 'S' suffix to the standard profile description. The profile swage (shown on the left) is added purely for aesthetic reasons.

Crimped Curves

Trapezoidal profiles are available with crimped curves. For curved eaves and ridge details, all the trapezoidal profiles can be curved and 'barrel vault' self curving roofs may be accommodated subject to the profile dependant on the profile type and curve radius. All Euroclad roof profiles are handed with specific side lap details. Therefore, it is imperative that these are identified and installed correctly. Rooflights are available to match, or complement, all profiles in either translucent sheet, or barrel vault type systems.

CE Mark

We have recently been accredited with CE Marking to BS EN 14782 for its roofing profiles manufactured from Corus Colorcoat® pre-finished steel, conforming to the most respected European product standard. For more information visit http://euroclad.net/cemark/
