Despite an unprecedented range of products Euroclad are not content with sitting on its laurels. In difficult times the investment in manufacturing improvements and new product developments has increased to meet the changing demands of metal construction.

An investment in excess of £2million has been made in an automatic rollforming machine referred to as the 'Revolver' line, which loads coils of up to 10 tonnes and feeds sheet material through 24 banks of forming rollers to produce 60 metres of finished product per minute. Running continuously at full capacity the machine is able to produce over 80,000 square metres of wall profiles per day. The Revolver line toggles between the four most popular profiles by switching the sets of rolls which are arranged like points on a clock face on each bank. The selected pattern clicks into place in just three minutes - a process that can take up to two hours on a conventional machine. Finished product is stacked by batch, automatically packaged using recyclable packaging materials and labelled with a unique consignment number, its sequence as part of a larger order, the customer and destination.
