Structural Tray

With significant benefits over more traditional construction, Eurodeck structural trays offer large span, fast track installation, providing a weatherproof envelope that allows internal trades to commence earlier, thus improving building completion times. Designed to offer structural support to slate, tile, profiled roof and wall systems, the long span capability of these trays helps eliminate the need for purlins creating a clean internal finish and allowing full usage of the building space.

Material Availability
All trays shown are manufactured in galvanised steel, with a guaranteed minimum yield stress of 320N/mm2 and a 275g/m2 zinc coating (including both sides).
Pvdf and polyester soffit finishes are available in a wide range of standard RAL and BS colour references.
Further gauges, finishes and materials such as galvalume can be made available to further complement this extensive range and meet any internal environment application requirements.

Fire Rating
All structural trays achieve a Class 1 fire rating in accordance with BS 476: Part 7 and meet Class 0 requirements as laid out within current building regulations.
