Fabrications
Early fabrications were simple corner for horizontally laid profiled wall sheets. The use of curved sheeting for roofs drove the development of curved flashings. Now the industry demands a wide and varied range of products and materials that include everything from powder coated aluminium bullnoses and concealed gutter and soffit systems to bespoke details for special features.
Our range of fabricated products allows the designer to achieve their goals using both standard details and bespoke items.
We have invested heavily in new equipment and personnel for its expanding Architectural Fabrications Division. One major improvement is the addition of a new CNC-controlled, four roll plate bending machine, extending the range of radii of curved metal profiles that can be processed by Euroclad.
Particularly suitable for high volumes, it can produce almost any curve from simple half circle bullnoses to elliptical shapes, and offers excellent repeatability. Capable of accommodating sheet lengths of up to 3m, the new machine has infinitely variable speed drive and roller adjustment.
Our state-of-the-art Cadcam programming system, which began its evolution in the aerospace industry, allows three dimensional modeling of proposed details to allow on screen designing and can clearly identify manufacturing options available as well as ensuring total accuracy in transferring drawings to produced items
From the receipt of enquiry or order to the final assembly of the parts, we employ purpose designed computer systems to ensure the highest quality products available.
Curved Flashing
Curved flashings and corners in steel and aluminium. Highly flexible flashings offer seamless marriage of verge to eaves details, interfacing directly with Bullnose and Soffit systems.
Steel fabrications are generally produced in 0.7mm Coated Finishes, lockformed joints in typical 3.658m length. Full colour ranges are usually available from stock.
Aluminium fabrications are generally produced in 0.9mm up to 4mm substrate, welded to form bespoke curved details. Standard finishes include Polyester Powder Coating to the Interpon D colour range with 25 years guarantee.

We offer a range of fixed or operable solar shading systems utilising aerofoil blades manufactured from extruded aluminium. Systems are supplied to site in sub-assembled format for fixing directly to the supporting structure. The supporting structure is normally part of the building structure.
- Aero P Large Profile Aerofoil Solar Shading

Louvres Systems
- Standard Louvres
The standard louvre system offers a range of high performance extruded aluminium louvres with comprehensive framing systems to suit all applications including glazing, curtain walling, integrated facades and architectural cladding systems. The system is available in 60, 80 and 100mm pitches and may be supplied in interlocking, continuous or modular formats with pre-assembled mullions and metal clips.
- Smoothflow Louvres
The unique aerofoil blade of the Smoothflow louvre system provides for a pleasing architectural feature which at the same time offers enhanced aerodynamic and weathering performance. Extremely versatile, Smoothflow louvres can be installed into any configuration of wall facade. It also acts as a visually attractive screening system.
- Operable Louvres
The standard louvre system offers a range of high performance extruded aluminium louvres with comprehensive framing systems to suit all applications including glazing, curtain walling, integrated facades and architectural cladding systems. The system is available in 60, 80 and 100mm pitches and may be supplied in interlocking, continuous or modular formats with pre-assembled mullions and metal clips.
Interlocking and bespoke Louvres are also available.
Smoke Vents and Hatches
- Roof access hatches provide safe and trouble free access to roof areas. This will be necessary in order to carry out routine maintenance via an interior stair or ladder to the exterior roof surface. A range of sizes are available to allow access with plant and machinery that might be required depending on the nature and content of the roof.
- Automatic Smoke Vents All smoke ventilation units are designed and tested to meet the requirements laid down in current codes of practice. Fire tests have been carried out at a leading UK Fire Research Centre in accordance with BS 7346: Part 1 1990.
- Swift Smoke Flap Ventilator in sizes up to 2000mm x 2000mm, and a very high coeffi cient of discharge, the Swift Flap Type Roof Ventilator offers excellent performance characteristics.
- Merlin Louvred Ventilator Available in sizes up to 3485mm x 2100mm, and with a very high coefficient of discharge, the Merlin Roof Louvre offers excellent performance characteristics.
