Bullnoses

euroclad_bullnosesThere are several methods of manufacturing bullnoses. It is possible to utilise a brake-press to 'incrementally bend' a bullnose by putting a series of very shallow folds into the material at close centres. Or a specialised brake-press tool and directly form the shape of the desired bend. The other method is to use a pyramid roll, with some limitations on radius and leg lengths.

Euroclad believes in providing the best repeatable quality, and uses a specialised four-roll curving unit to manufacture tight radius bullnoses with perfect repeatable quality - the first bullnoes out of the machine will be identical to the hundreth, and should a replacement be required the program can be recalled to provide an identical item. We can also manufacture multi-radii or parabolic (eliptical) section bullnoses, and each unit takes under 30 seconds to form. With this capability combined with the more traditional methods Euroclad is able to offer an unparalleled service for manufactuing feature bullnose sections on a short lead time and with repeatable quality.
