Our Mission

We aim to work closely with our customers, providing advice on the best solution for each and every project.  Euroclad strives for excellence in the manufacture and supply of solutions for the entire metal building envelope.  The quality of our products and the highest levels of service are two keystones to the business and ongoing investment in people, process and products is fundamental to achieving consistently high standards.  Euroclad is determined to reduce the environmental impact of its entire activity with a cradle to cradle approach to sustainability that encompasses material sourcing, manufacture, transportation, the product's useful life and the end of life reuse, recycling and disposal of components. The care shown towards the environment is showcased by the lake that lies at the heart of Euroclad's headquarters in Cardiff, which attracts and sustains a range of wildlife throughout the year.

Our History

Founded in 1981 Euroclad has taken huge strides over almost three decades, consistently investing in people and technology to satisfy customer needs and maintain its position at the forefront of the metal roofing and cladding industry. Since 1981 Euroclad has launched in excess of 60 new products and systems with countless derivations of standard systems.  100 tonnes of cladding were manufactured and sold into the UK construction market in our first year of production rising to a whopping 45,000 tonnes per year in recent times. As requirements have changed over the years even more products have been developed, sometimes a completely new offering to fulfil a specific need, other times to improve on established technology. The most recent examples of new product development are the Euroclad Elite Urban and Elite Rocroof roofing systems which use new materials developed in conjunction with our supply chain.

Recent Investments

Despite an unprecedented range of products Euroclad are not content with sitting on its laurels.   Investment in manufacturing improvements and new product developments has increased to meet the changing demands of metal construction.  An investment in excess of £2million has been made in an automatic rollforming machine referred to as the 'Revolver' line, which loads coils of up to 10 tonnes and feeds sheet material through 24 banks of forming rollers to produce 60 metres of finished product per minute.  Running continuously at full capacity the machine would be able to produce over 80,000 square metres of roof, wall or liner profiles per day.  Finished product is stacked by batch, automatically packaged using recyclable packaging materials and labelled with a unique consignment number. Euroclad continues to enhance its wide range of products and high levels of manufacturing excellence; building on the sustainability, performance and design flexibility already inherent in its construction systems and production processes.
